What You'll Do:
The Floor Trainer conducts training across the plant for employees at all levels of the organization to provide team members with the knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the expectation for their various roles and responsibilities. The Floor Trainer's primary responsibilities are to teach the specific technical skills and processes necessary for operators to successfully and safely perform their production duties, and to complete observation checklists to verify new hires learned the behaviors and knowledge taught during training. Floor Trainers will also conduct re-training and cross-training. If there is no training needed or if circumstances require, Floor Trainers will have other work assigned (including, but not limited to, production).
This will be a B Shift Positoin / Tuesday - Friday: 3pm - 1:30am position located at our Plant 3 location on Fruit Ridge in Walker Michigan.
